  • Who Can I Arrange Experiences For?

    We can arrange experiences for all type of soccer/football teams: professional clubs and academies, federations, schools, universities/colleges, grassroot teams. Contact us and a member of our team will assist to create the experience you are looking for (Tour, tournament, coach education, training camp, residential for a player,…)

  • What Are The Terms And Conditions?

  • How do I get started in booking a soccer experience?

    Just get in touch via our contact form or email hello@goletours.com and a member of the team will be in contact.

  • Will we have a Guide or Tour Representative with us?

    Yes. Unless otherwise advised your Gole Representative will remain with you for the full duration of your tour. He or she is responsible for managing and co-ordinating your entire schedule and will meet you upon arrival at your destination.

  • What standard of teams will my players play against?

    Our tour programmes are tailored to match your own groups level. We are highly experienced in dealing with groups of all ages and abilities. Let us know the ability level of your group and we will ensure that the host clubs are aware of the standard.

  • Will we get to watch a live match?

    Yes, if match schedules permit, we can purchase tickets on your group’s behalf. If your preferred club is playing away, we may be able to arrange group tickets to watch another top professional fixture within easy driving distance.

  • What if we have an injury or sickness in the group?

    It is a necessary requirement for all groups going on tour to have adequate travel insurance. Be sure that this cover will insure for all activities that you intend to take part in whilst away on tour. Not only does travel insurance provide the cost of emergency medical cover while you are away, it can also cover lost or stolen luggage, the costs of cancelling, delaying or cutting your trip short and personal liability.

  • Responsability for the group during our stay is with whom?

    Coaches or lead staff are always fully responsible for all party members under the age of 18 for the duration of the tour. You are therefore required to obtain parental authority from the parent/guardian of every travelling minor before departure. Travellers over the age of 18 should have a letter of consent from their parent/guardian if they are to be granted free time outside of the immediate supervision of the group leaders.
